Here's The Deal :
This 5-CD set reissues the important free jazz albums ''Old/Quartet'' (Roscoe Mitchell) , ''Numbers 1&2'' (Bowie/Mitchell/Jarman/Favors), and ''Congliptious'' (Roscoe Mitchell Art Ensemble) plus unreleased recordings taken from rehearsals by the members of the group that would by 1969 become known as The Art Ensemble of Chicago.
