Oda was formed in 1970 around the talents of brothers Randy and Kevin Oda along with Art Pantoga and Kyle Schneider.The self-titled album (now known as "The Black Album") was originally released privately on the Loud Records label in 1973 with a limited edition run of 1000 copies.
